Order Cancellation

 

Thank you for shopping with Toronavli (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We strive to ensure that your experience with our inflatable spa tubs, bathroom furniture, and bedroom furniture is seamless. Please read our cancellation policy below to understand your rights and our procedures.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation windows are designed to align with our logistics processing:

  • Orders within 48 hours (Not Shipped): If you place an order and request a cancellation within 48 hours of the purchase time, and the order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel the order directly for a full refund.

  • Orders over 48 hours or Shipped Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been dispatched (regardless of the time elapsed), we cannot cancel the order. In this scenario, you must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to your address. Once received, please contact us to initiate a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps strictly:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team immediately via email at solutions@toronavli.com or by calling +1 (914) 329-7529.

  • Provide Information: In your communication, you must provide your Order Number and a valid Proof of Payment (such as a transaction receipt) to verify your identity and purchase.

  • Processing: Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. We will notify you of the result and the status of your refund request as soon as it is approved.

Refund Instructions

  • Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed and approved, the refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (specifically Visa or MasterCard accounts).

  • Timeline: Depending on the processing efficiency of the different banking institutions, we estimate that the refund will appear in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the payment provider.

Order Modifications
While not a full cancellation, if you need to modify order details (such as the delivery address or item size) after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. However, we cannot guarantee modifications once the 48-hour window has passed or if the item is already in transit.

Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Inability to process payment.

  • Unexpected inventory shortages regarding the specific furniture or spa items ordered.

  • Errors in product pricing or information.
    If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
