Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Toronavli (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") is dedicated to providing high-quality inflatable spa bathtubs, bathroom furniture, and bedroom furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online shopping experience. Please read our policy below carefully.

Return & Exchange Validity Period
You have the right to request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date you signed for the receipt of the goods. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions
We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Appearance Issues: The product has visible scratches, dents, or damage upon arrival.

  • Quality Issues: The product malfunctions, leaks (for inflatable spas), or has structural defects preventing normal use.

  • Sensory Issues: The product has a strong, unpleasant odor or significant color difference from the website display.

  • Wrong Item Sent: The product received does not match your order (incorrect model, size, or color).

  • No Reason Return (Change of Mind): You simply changed your mind. In this case, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Please email solutions@toronavli.com or call +1 (914) 329-7529 to request a return. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for the return, and relevant videos or photos showing the issue.

  • Review & Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you via your contact method and provide the designated return address.

  • Ship Back: Please mail the product to the return address we provided and wait for us to receive it.

  • Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to verify the issues reported. If the inspection passes, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy section below.

Exchange Process

  • Contact Us: Please email solutions@toronavli.com or call +1 (914) 329-7529 to request an exchange. Provide your order number, proof of payment, reason for exchange, and relevant videos or photos.

  • Review & Approval: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will notify you and provide the designated return address.

  • Ship Back: Please mail the product to the return address we provided and wait for us to receive it.

  • Inspection & Reshipment: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection passes, we will arrange for the new product to be prepared within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new product is 7-10 business days to your address. For more details on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.

  • Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

Fee Rules

  • We Cover Shipping: If the return/exchange is due to appearance issues, quality issues, unpleasant odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent, we will bear the shipping costs.

  • You Cover Shipping: If the return/exchange is for "No Reason" (Change of Mind), you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Return Label
For your convenience, a return label is included inside every package we ship. You may use this label to facilitate your return process.

Disclaimer
We are not responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow the product manual, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been intentionally damaged or altered by the user. Ensure that inflatable products are used on appropriate surfaces to avoid punctures not covered by manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once the package has been dispatched, it will be treated as a "No Reason Return," and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged in Transit
If you notice that the outer packaging is severely damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package if possible or take photos immediately before opening it. Please report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with the carrier and expedite your resolution.
