We are committed to providing you with the best transportation service for your inflatable spa tubs, bathroom furniture, and bedroom furniture. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently only provide shipping services to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs
We strive to keep shipping costs simple and transparent:

Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of 90 AUD or more are shipped free of charge.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than 90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD will apply.
Taxes
Transparency is key to our service. All taxes, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and relevant fees are already included in the product price. You will not be asked to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order processing is based on our business hours (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Cut-off Time: 18:00 (6:00 PM).

Orders placed before 18:00 will begin the processing cycle on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we require time to prepare your items, conduct quality checks, and pack them securely, especially for larger furniture items.
Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days.
Transit Time
After the order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, the estimated delivery time to your destination is:

Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to query the real-time status of your shipment.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your product is lost during transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Modifications and Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept or modify the shipment.

Delivery Address Responsibility: Please ensure all delivery information is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Signing for Delivery
Given the nature of our products (furniture and inflatable spas), please carefully inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery.

If you notice significant damage to the packaging, please note "Damaged" on the carrier's proof of delivery or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

If you authorize a "Authority to Leave" (leaving the package at the door without a signature), we are not responsible for the theft or weather damage of the package after delivery.
Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.
