We offer free delivery on orders of $90 AUD or more. For orders under $90 AUD, a flat delivery fee of $9.99 AUD applies.

Shipping Timeframe: Delivery times typically range between 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.

6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not been dispatched may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. If an order is dispatched or more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may wait for the delivery to arrive and then contact us to arrange a return for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.
